I put the work in first. Your website, your Google listing, all of it. You do not pay me a dollar until a customer calls you from it. If 45 days go by and nobody has, we shake hands and you owe me nothing.

I do not promise rankings, a number of calls or revenue. Nobody honest can. That is why you pay nothing until a lead actually comes in.

- Your name, address and phone checked across the directories so they all match
- Every call and form from your listing and website recorded, so you see what it brought in
- Hosting and SSL, kept up to date. If the site goes down, I am the one who fixes it.
- A one-page report every month, and a content refresh once a year
I register your domain and pay for it. If we ever stop working together, I move it into your own account for free, whatever else is going on between us.
Once billing starts the minimum is three monthly payments. After that it runs month to month, and one month's notice by text or email ends it.
